Refunds, Returns & Order Protection

Each item is made to order. This allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality, and create intentionally produced pieces rather than mass-produced inventory.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

That said — every order is protected.


Order Protection (Damages, Defects & Errors)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

You may choose one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund (when applicable)

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

What Is Not Eligible for Return

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If there is an issue covered under Order Protection, we will replace the item or issue store credit.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may be eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU regulations, provided the item is unused and in original condition.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
